Every child is potentially the light of the world...." ~Abdu'l-Baha

Hello! My name is Teresa Draguicevich and I am very excited to begin my 18th year teaching. Over the years, it has been my privilege to accompany many students and their families on their learning journeys: people who come from all walks of life and represent many different cultures and religions. It has been their beautiful diversity and unique learning styles that have enriched my life tremendously.

Married to my high school sweetheart for 29 years, my passions include raising our two wonderful and creative boys to be prejudice-free, spending time in nature and community building. Over the years, it has been a source of great satisfaction to develop, as well as work with existing programs that promote cooperation among different cultures and celebrate diversity in our human family.

In the High Tech High Graduate Program, I learned more about how to provide an equitable learning environment for children to codesign learning alongside peers from diverse backgrounds. I felt supported to reach out beyond the four walls of the classroom to share my passion with others and engage in dialogue with like-minded educators from places near and far.
